Do you have a physical retail store?
Can I order items and have them drop shipped to a customer?
Yes. Just enter the customer contact name and shipping address in the shipping address field. No prices or billing information will appear on the packing slip.
When will I receive confirmation for my order?
Immediately upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details. Shipment confirmations will be sent at the end of the shipping business day.
When will my order ship?
If there is inventory available, orders placed and authorized:
Before 12 Noon Greenwich Mean Time, ship same business day
After 12 Noon Greenwich Mean Time, ship next business day
Does the Collins Store ship to international addresses?

Orders being shipped outside the European Union will incur duties and taxes which will be paid by the recipient unless you contact us otherwise.

Shipment confirmations with tracking information are sent via email at end of the business day your order was shipped.
Why is there a Dangerous Goods Surcharge?
The surcharge may apply per shipment when the handling and transportation of shipments involves Lithium Ion or Lithium Metal batteries compliment with the appropriate IATA Packing Instructions 965 to 970, Section II.
